Directing Character Movement (Locomotion) – Muvizu uses a mouse-based system to move characters from A to B.
This type of movement, in Muvizu, is called Locomotion. You can reposition a recorded character movement by dragging the light blue movement event block to the desired position on the timeline.
In this video, we’ll explain how to move your character a single step forward or in any direction, we’ll also learn how to turn the character toward any direction including 180-degree turns. This video emphasizes the steps required to properly set up your planned movement before you hit record. Topics include single step character movement, modes of walking, walking in place, viewing the completed walk path on the set and in the timeline, adjusting actions in the timeline, walking up and down stairs, camerawork and others.
