My streaming PC has been a true workhorse. It’s a pre-built Acer i7‑7700 with 8 GB of RAM and several solid features. When I purchased it four years ago, I wasn’t streaming on Twitch yet. Now that I’m streaming more than 70 hours a month, it’s clearly time for an upgrade. In December, I upgraded the system to 16 GB of RAM, added a 256 GB M.2 boot drive, and installed a GTX 1050 graphics card. More recently, a generous viewer donated an RTX 2070 to the channel. In this video, I walk through the project of installing the new GPU along with a Corsair 550 W power supply with Beretta_HD, and I also share an unboxing of both components.
